Architecture and the City Festival-- San Francisco

If you're like me, you can't help but peek into any bare windows and wonder what a house looks like inside.  And when that home was designed by an architect with meticulous detail, it's all the more tempting!  Well, thanks to Architecture and the City by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), if you're in San Fran, you can learn more though lectures and events to get lots of ideas for your own home!

Erin Cullerton, Assistant Director with AIA-San Francisco, is as passionate about this month as they come.  With all the great opportunities to see spectacular design this month, I'm excited too!

I also had a chance to catch up with one of the featured architects, Sarah Wilmer of Studio Sarah Wilmer.  One of her projects was featured on the home tour.   Take a look!

If you're in another town, reach out to your local chapter of AIA to see when an architectural celebration is coming to your town!
